Kia Ora, I’m Flavio.

I believe in entrepreneurship and innovation.

My career started in sales where I helped multiple organisations to rapidly scale their sales teams and revenue growth in the ICT and telco sector. After helping multiple businesses with their growth, I decided to get into entrepreneurship myself. I started with a promotions business that grew to 17 sales consultants and have since launched two tech companies. 

For the past ten years, I have been involved in the hi-tech sector of New Zealand with a core focus on software solutions. 

Unfortunately, during this time I have learned that while organisations are great at creating innovative solutions, they lack the experience to grow their markets and communicate their value effectively.

Today I work alongside some of the fastest-growing brands across Australia and New Zealand helping with key business development issues. My vision is to equip more companies with the entrepreneurial capabilities to grow faster.  

I'm a trainer, facilitator, coach, MBA lecturer, shoe collector, love electronic dance music, and struggle to say no to young entrepreneurs who need help.
